Counselling
Counselling provides a confidential and safe space for people to share their thoughts, feelings and emotions in the secure knowledge that the time allocated is just for them. Counselling is all to do with listening, understanding and accepting any given experience of a client and providing an empathetic and non-judgemental approach to full recovery.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a positive, holistic form of care whereby the therapist and client work together, exploring the cause or causes of a problem. The client is guided towards finding his own solutions to his problems and then can assist his own recovery. This form of therapy empowers the client to understand himself better, recognise and accept his own individual personality, his expectations and even his disappointments in life.
