ZERO BALANCING

What is Zero Balancing?

Zero balancing is a gentle yet powerful hands-on bodywork which balances the bodys energy with body structure. Using finger pressure and held stretches, it invites the release of tension accumulated in the deep structures of the body.

Zero balancing provides a point of stillness around which the body can relax, giving an opportunity to let go of unease and pain.

What happens during a session of Zero Balancing?

This is a therapeutic hands-on bodywork. Sessions are received fully clothed, lying on your back. Pressure and stretches are used which releases tension deep within the body.

What can Zero Balancing do for me?

It promotes a deep sense of physical and emotional harmony, allowing our own natural healing process to work more effectively.

How often do I need to go for Zero Balancing?

It is recommended three sessions to start with. You can receive this treatment regularly, while others find it beneficial at times whey they need to function at their best, during periods of particular stress, or intense change.

Do I need to be ill to receive Zero Balancing?

No. ZB can be of help at any time, promoting relaxation and harmony. Most of us do not realise the tension we hold within ourselves and so although we may not be aware it this treatment will be of great benefit.
